The film presents a long compilation of individual and collective testimonies that, from different artistic disciplines, direct their efforts to social change.

Joint montage of the first three silent films about Švejk: Good Soldier Švejk (1926, director: Karel Lamač), Švejk on the Front (1926, director Karel Lamač) and Švejk in Russian Captivity (1926, director: Svatopluk Innemann, model Karel Vaněk). The lead role was played by Karel Noll, who was very popular at the time. The last silent sequel Švejk v civilu (1927) exists independently, but the copy of the film is badly damaged.

A Polish officer posing as a gypsy loves a gypsy girl who is really the count's daughter.

You will meet the family of the miller Kaliba, who is proud not only of his mill, but also of the family tradition, according to which the milling profession has been passed down at the inn's mill for almost three hundred years. And since Mr. Kaliba has no son, it is certain that his only daughter Liduška must marry a miller. Perhaps this would have happened if the Kalibas had not gone to the anniversary exhibition. Here, Liduška meets the handsome engineer Karel Loukota, who is an overly zealous member of the cycling club "Don't Get Married!", but is not immune to love at all. Of course, he will face many hardships and obstacles, the biggest of which is, of course, the miller Kaliba with his fierce efforts to uphold the family tradition...

KPIX-TV documentary film from 1967, narrated by Marvin Miller, about the life and work of American poet Robinson Jeffers (1887-1962). Includes brief glimpses of Jeffers in silent, archival footage and interviews at Tor House (Carmel, California) with Melba Bennet, Donnan Jeffers, Theodore Lilienthal and Dame Judith Anderson. Also features scenes of Miller reading extracts from Jeffers poetry in voice over, whilst dramatic views of the Carmel coastline are shown. This film was written and produced by Caryl Coleman and directed by Dick Williams.
